Design for Homes

Design for Homes is a not-for-profit research foundation in England. The purpose of the organisation is to “champion the value of good design in the housing industry.”
[edit] History
Founded in 2000, Design for Homes was started as a social enterprise. It has operated the national Housing Design Awards programme since 2005 and was initially involved in the Building for Life programme. The organisation is now involved in the Building for a Healthy Life programme.
Design for Homes is also involved in study tours, research reports and video production of case studies that illustrate the key benefits of innovative residential design projects.
